What Is a Parcel Map App?

A parcel map app shows land parcels — individual plots of land — on an interactive map with their approximate boundaries, identifiers, and property data. AcreBound displays the parcel map over satellite and standard map views so you can see exactly which land belongs to which parcel record.

Each parcel on the map is tappable. When you tap a parcel, AcreBound pulls up its details: address, APN / Parcel ID, acreage, county, land use, and owner information where available. The parcel map works across most US counties and is useful for homeowners, agents, land buyers, contractors, and field professionals.

  • Approximate parcel boundaries over satellite and standard map
  • Tap any parcel to view its details
  • See neighboring parcels at a glance
  • View parcel at your current GPS location
  • Search the parcel map by address or APN

Property Parcel Map Data

AcreBound's property parcel map data is sourced from publicly available county and state parcel records. Data is updated periodically, but freshness and completeness vary by county and data provider. AcreBound shows the best available data for your area.

APN Map and Parcel ID Search

Every parcel on the map has an APN (Assessor Parcel Number) or Parcel ID — a unique identifier assigned by the county assessor. AcreBound's APN map search lets you find any parcel by entering its APN directly. This is especially useful when you already know the parcel number from a deed, county website, or title report.

Search the APN map by:

  • APN / Parcel ID number
  • Property address
  • Owner name
  • GPS location
  • City, county, or ZIP

From the APN map you can:

  • View parcel boundaries
  • See acreage and land use
  • Find owner info (Pro)
  • Measure distance and area (Pro)
  • Save and share parcels
